This full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt includes setting organizational goals, developing service offerings, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. The Owner will lead senior leadership, supervise financial performance, and ensure high-quality delivery of digital transformation and consulting projects. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating market opportunities, making investment decisions, guiding business development initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work culture. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards relevant to telecom and technology services.Qualifications Proven experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, or executive management within technology, telecom, consulting, or related industries.Strong background in digital transformation, IT strategy, or technology implementation, with the ability to understand complex technical solutions and business implications.Demonstrated skills in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building, with a track record of driving revenue growth.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment decision-making, and the ability to interpret key performance metrics.Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performance work environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.Familiarity with the telecom and technology landscape in Egypt and international markets, including relevant regulations and industry trends.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt and commit to full-time, hands-on involvement in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
