Risk analyst will be responsible in helping company identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, mainly financial risks and non-financial risks. The role will provide support to company’s broader risk management framework by evaluating uncertainties that could negatively impact the strategic objectives of the company. Through continuous data‑driven analysis, the role enables leadership to make informed and effective strategic decisions. Core Responsibilities:Understanding risk management framework, policy and procedure and work with team on implementing them in alignment with the company’s overall strategic plans.Risk Data collection (Financial and non-financial risks), cleaning, and validation for risk assessment and reporting.Analyse large datasets to detect trends, anomalies, and emerging risks that could affect business performance.Risk data analysis, including trend analysis of the portfolio and the financial statements of the company.Perform Industry/market/country risk analysis in order to understand the current and emerging risks.Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models to quantify exposure, forecast potential losses, and support decision‑making.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information on key risk indicators (KRIs) and Risk Appetite.Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate the company’s resilience under adverse conditions.Prepare clear, data‑driven reports and dashboards for senior management and risk committee.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics and accounting.Candidates possessing 2–4 years of relevant experience in risk management and financial analysis will be regarded as eligible for shortlisting.Professional Certificates: Preferably in risk management, financial risk management, enterprise risk management, financial reporting, Basel framework and IFRS-9Proficiency in speaking, writing and reading in EnglishAnalytical skillsAttention to detail and numerical accuracyProficient with data tools such as Excel, Power BI etcAbility to interpret data, perform trend analysis and present insights clearlyStrong communication and teamwork abilities.Must demonstrate strong MS-Office skills.Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial industry is a plusThis role is for SAUDI nationals only.
