Job TitleRetirement Plan Services Representative - Entry Level Job DescriptionRaymond James is hiring a Retirement Plan Services Representative to support retirement account operations by processing transactions, reviewing documentation, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.Responsibilities:Process retirement account transactions (rollovers, internal transfers, etc.)Review forms and maintain accurate recordsRespond to client and internal inquiriesEnsure compliance with retirement plan rules and IRS regulationsResearch and resolve account-related issuesCollaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutionsQualifications:2+ years of recent Financial Services experience, preferably in Retirement Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or Investment ServicesORBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with some professional experienceStrong attention to detail and data entry skillsCRM experience preferredCustomer service or call center experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSchedule & Work Arrangement:Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM8 weeks of onsite trainingHybrid schedule after training (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)Company laptop providedAdditional Requirements:No planned vacation or extended time off during the first 60 days (mandatory training period)Full-time conversion potential based on attendance, performance, and business needsLocation: St. Petersburg, FL , Southfield, Michigan or Memphis, Tennessee
