The consultant will engage with individual and corporate clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance, health coverage, savings, and retirement solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, preparing proposals, presenting product options, and supporting clients through the onboarding and policy servicing processes. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, partners, and internal teams to ensure high-quality client experiences and adherence to regulatory and company standards. The consultant will also monitor market developments, maintain accurate records, and participate in training and development activities to stay current on AIA’s products and industry best practices.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial information and client data.Knowledge of finance, financial services, and insurance-related products and solutions.Experience in consulting or advisory roles, preferably in financial or insurance sectors.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, or local financial advisory licenses) are an advantage.Client-focused mindset, high ethical standards, and commitment to regulatory compliance.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time well, and collaborate within a team.Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems to support client management and reporting.
