These solutions are distributed through Manulife Singapore’s own financial adviser representatives and specialist partners, including banks and financial advisory firms.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Services Consultant role based in Singapore. The Financial Services Consultant will provide personalized financial advice to clients, helping them plan for insurance, retirement, and wealth management needs. The role involves assessing clients’ financial situations, recommending suitable Manulife solutions, and conducting regular reviews to ensure plans align with changing goals and circumstances. The consultant will prepare proposals and reports, support clients through key decision points, and maintain accurate records to meet regulatory and company standards. This position also requires close collaboration with internal teams and distribution partners, active participation in sales and client engagement activities, and continual development of product and market knowledge.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret financial data, and evaluate risk and return.Knowledge in Finance, Financial Services, and related products, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Consulting skills, including client discovery, solution-based recommendation, and relationship management.Excellent Communication skills for engaging diverse clients, presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.Experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial advisory services is an advantage.Ability to meet professional and regulatory standards; relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS in Singapore) are beneficial.Proactive, results-oriented mindset with integrity, customer-centric focus, and willingness to continuously learn.
