Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer – Top International Firm – DubaiA leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious England & Wales-qualified Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer (4–6 PQE) to join its growing practice in the UAE, based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Working closely with a senior Financial Regulatory Partner, the successful candidate will advise a diverse portfolio of local and international financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, broker-dealers, fintechs, payment providers and digital asset businesses, across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role covers the full regulatory lifecycle, from licensing and market entry through to ongoing compliance, product launches and cross-border expansion, with exposure to both non-contentious and selected contentious regulatory matters.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive lawyer looking to take on significant client responsibility and autonomy within a fast-growing Middle East financial services practice. The successful candidate will have strong financial regulatory experience gained at a leading international law firm, excellent drafting and advisory skills, and ideally experience with the UAE and/or Saudi regulatory environment, or a strong ability to translate experience from another major financial centre. The role offers close Partner interaction, direct client exposure, responsibility for workstreams and junior lawyers, and the opportunity to play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the firm's regional financial services offering.
