Financial Services Regulatory NQ Solicitor - Global Law Firm - DubaiA leading international law firm is looking to hire a junior Financial Services Regulatory Associate into its Dubai practice.The role offers excellent exposure to a broad range of financial regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the rapidly developing areas of payments, fintech, crypto and digital assets across the UAE and wider Middle East.The team advises financial institutions, fintech businesses, payment service providers, digital asset companies and technology-driven platforms on complex regulatory, licensing and compliance matters, often involving cross-border considerations.The role will include:Payments and payment services, including payment processing, wallets and cross-border payment structuresFintech regulation, platform structuring, market entry and regulatory strategyCrypto and digital assets, including tokenisation, exchanges, custodians and stablecoinsBroader financial services regulation across banking, securities, funds and investment servicesLicensing and authorisation before UAE financial services regulatorsRegulatory compliance, enforcement and investigationsCross-border regulatory matters involving international regulatory frameworksThe firm is particularly interested in candidates NQ (September 2026), with financial regulatory experience gained at a leading Legal 500 law firm or within a strong financial services / fintech environment. Exposure to payments, fintech and/or crypto and digital assets would be particularly relevant.The team already has strength at the mid-senior associate level and is therefore looking to add at the more junior end.
