Join fintra, a growing management consulting boutique combining deep industry expertise with a strong focus on regulatory and compliance transformation.Your responsibilities: As a Senior Consultant or Manager with a focus on Financial Services Compliance, you will support banks and wealth managers in strengthening their regulatory frameworks, enhancing compliance processes, and navigating an increasingly complex risk landscape.You will contribute to strategic and operational initiatives across areas such as AML/KYC, client lifecycle management, and regulatory operating models, including:Advising clients on the design, assessment, and implementation of compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g. FINMA, EU, FCA).Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end compliance processes, including client onboarding, due diligence, and transaction monitoring.Supporting the development of target operating models, governance structures, and control frameworks to ensure effective risk management and regulatory adherence.Collecting and analyzing data through interviews, workshops, regulatory reviews, and system assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk exposures.Translating regulatory requirements into actionable solutions, including policies, procedures, and system or process enhancements.Performing business analysis to define functional requirements and assess the impact of regulatory changes on processes, systems, and data flows.Acting as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring that compliance requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications and implementable solutions.Preparing and presenting clear, structured deliverables and recommendations to senior stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, and Front Office functions.Facilitating decision-making processes and driving implementation in collaboration with client teams.Independently managing workstreams or leading small to mid-sized projects in a dynamic client environment.You will closely follow regulatory developments and compliance trends in Wealth Management and apply your expertise to deliver high-impact consulting services.
