Financial Sustainability & Enablement Section Head

The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is looking for an experienced finance leader to head our Financial Sustainability & Enablement (FS&E) function. This is a rare opportunity to lead the financial strategy behind one of the region's most dynamic cultural and tourism portfolios — spanning museums, heritage sites, events, festivals, and hospitality — and to directly shape how the sector grows sustainably for the next decade. What You'll Do Lead DCT's financial sustainability strategy, driving revenue growth and cost optimization across a multi-billion-dirham cultural and tourism portfolio. Own pricing strategy and governance for DCT's products and services, from tourism fees to ticketing and commercial partnerships. Build and lead the financial performance measurement systems — dashboards, KPIs, and reporting — that inform decisions at the highest levels. Design and lead a risk-based audit program safeguarding hundreds of millions of dirhams in sector revenue. Champion the digitization of finance processes across the department. Lead, develop, and grow a talented finance team recognized as the department's trusted source of financial truth. What You'll Bring 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience across FP&A, pricing, or financial sustainability roles. A track record of building financial frameworks, pricing structures, or governance models from the ground up. Experience in government, public sector, or large multinational finance environments. Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people. CPA, CFA or other relevant certification that would help A genuine interest in culture, tourism, and Abu Dhabi's growth story.
