Financial System & ERP Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Financial System & ERP Assistant Manager (part of Corporate Finance Department) to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, solid financial knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business units to drive performance and process improvements.Reponsibitilies:Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processesPerform financial analysis, including variance analysis and performance monitoring across entities or business unitsOversee and ensure accuracy of financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and inventoryPrepare financial reports in compliance with PSAK and applicable financial reporting standardsMonitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performanceDevelop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide insights and drive business performanceSupport ERP implementation or financial system improvement projectsAssist in audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, or related roles in mall or property industry, and working in a multi-entity or multi-business unit environment is preferredPrior experience in audit (1–2 years) is required; experience in Big 4 firms is a plusStrong understanding of end-to-end financial processes (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory)Good understanding of PSAK and financial reporting standardsFamiliarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft DynamicsExperience in ERP implementation or financial system projects is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantageAble to work under pressure, strong problem solving and detailed oriented
