SystemsAccountants is partnering with a leading professional services firm to hire an in-house Pigment Manager.About the RoleAs the company shifts its planning and forecasting onto Pigment, this role sits at the center of that transition. You will own the platform end-to-end, lead the build, and shape how the wider business uses it to plan, forecast, and make decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Pigment as the in-house platform leadLead model, dashboard, and workflow development, and bring other team members up the curveDeliver the integrations and reporting layers that keep planning connected to the rest of the tech stackWork with Data Engineering to keep Pigment cleanly connected to the firm's wider data environmentTurn business needs into scalable technical solutions built for where the firm is headingExplore and roll out practical AI use cases across forecasting, automation, and reportingPush adoption and performance forward as usage grows across the businessQualifications7+ years of EPM experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on Pigment requiredA genuine builder background in model development and system delivery, not purely leadership or client-facing workBackground in implementations or post-implementation support, with a clear interest in moving into an ownership seatExposure to enterprise planning environments, ideally within professional servicesNice to HavePractical experience using AI inside planning tools or EPM workflowsPigment certificationsStrong communicator who can bridge technical detail and business impactPosition DetailsLocation: Remote (US or Canada)Total compensation: $190,000 to $240,000 USD DOEVisa sponsorship: Not available for this role
