The role will be responsible for supporting the FTI application, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring smooth Trade Finance operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 production support for Fusion Trade Innovation.Monitor application health, logs, batch jobs, and transactions.Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and user issues.Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with IT, database, infrastructure, and business teams.Monitor application and server performance and identify issues proactively.Manage application housekeeping, log cleanup, archiving, and storage monitoring.Support batch job scheduling and processing.Manage application configurations, patches, upgrades, and deployments.Support DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.Perform database checks and queries using Oracle/SQL.Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.Ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLA timelines.Required Skills:4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Fusion Trade Innovation (FTI) Application Support.Experience in banking/financial services, preferably Trade Finance.Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Oracle/SQL.Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.Knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, monitoring, and log analysis.Exposure to patch management and application deployments.Good understanding of Trade Finance processes.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work in shifts/on-call support, if required.🔻 About Net2Source Inc.Net2Source offers global staffing solutions and enterprise-scale recruitment support.🏆 Recognized by INC 5000 & SIA🌍 Global offices: UAE | USA | India | UK | Singapore | Canada | ANZ🌈 We support inclusive hiring practices in accordance with UAE labor law.🔗 www.net2source.com/careers | 📧 remya@net2source.ae
