OVERALL SCOPE OF JOB DESCRIPTIONAn amazing opportunity has opened up in our Fine Dining Restaurant.The successful applicant will play an important role in overseeing the operations, management, and overall performance of the restaurant.The manager will aim to inspire their colleagues every day to ensure the high quality of service for which The Datai is known.The restaurant offers nuanced flavors that aromatize and tease the palate.We do not confine ourselves to a set cuisine but are instead inspired to cook with local seasonal produce and the talent available.
