Fine Dining Server

Job SummaryÁrō is seeking warm, polished, and attentive Servers to join our opening team in Singapore. As a Server, you will help create a thoughtful and memorable dining experience through knowledgeable, precise, and intuitive service. You will work closely with the culinary, beverage, and service teams to ensure every guest is welcomed genuinely and cared for throughout their visit. This is an opportunity to join a new fine-dining restaurant from its opening stage and contribute to the development of its culture and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout the dining experience.Develop a thorough understanding of Árō’s food, wine, beverage, and hospitality philosophy.Explain menu items clearly, answer questions, and make informed recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.Take and communicate orders accurately, following the restaurant’s established sequence of service.Serve food and beverages with precision, appropriate timing, and attention to detail.Maintain table presentation, cleanliness, and readiness throughout service.Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, sommelier, and management teams.Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism and discretion.Assist with opening and closing duties, mise en place, side work, and maintaining the dining room.Follow all food-safety, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, and workplace-safety requirements.Participate actively in pre-service briefings, training sessions, tastings, and ongoing professional development.Support fellow team members and contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and high-performing workplace.RequirementsPrevious experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred; fine-dining experience is an advantage.Genuine interest in food, wine, beverages, and hospitality.Warm, confident, and professional communication skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.A team-oriented attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.Ability to stand and move throughout service and safely carry trays, plates, and service equipment.Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Valid eligibility to work in Singapore.What We OfferThe opportunity to be part of Árō’s founding opening team.Structured training in food, wine, beverages, and fine-dining service.A professional environment focused on hospitality, teamwork, and continuous development.Opportunities for growth as the restaurant and team develop.Employment type: Full-timeLocation: Singapore
