We pride ourselves on blending expertise, quality, and innovation to maintain our leadership in the personal care industry.Role Description The Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order preparation, and timely delivery of local and export orders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bechamoun.

Job Description

Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, and shipping. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Double check export orders SKUs and quantities to ensure the availability of all items and related quantities, and ensure on preparing it physically before shipping date, in addition to optimizing the container spacing and loading on time. Ensuring the correct transfer chain of end product from factory to Finished Goods Warehouse physically and through ERP system, following the related SOP. Committing that Finished goods warehouse’s physical quantities do meet the quantities on ERP system. Ensure the implementation of FIFO on all finished goods. Prepare and deliver all local sales orders on time through managing and controlling the track of our fleet. Performing regular inventory audits and conduct needed investigations with related parties for any mismatching if any.
