Experience in the Industrial MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution architecture and consulting engagements across D365 F&O Finance and SCM.Design, present, and demonstrate scalable D365 F&O solutions aligned with business requirements.Lead fit-gap analysis and develop functional design documents for identified gaps and customizations.Define integration touchpoints and ensure the appropriate sequence of execution across business processes.Support the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from solution design through implementation and support.Partner closely with SMEs, developers, business users, architects, and key stakeholders to drive successful delivery.Translate business and industry requirements into effective technology solutions.Manage changing priorities while maintaining delivery focus and customer alignment.Engage confidently with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.Key Requirements10+ years of functional leadership experience in Finance/SCM solutioning and client-facing consulting.10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Finance & SCM solutions.Strong understanding of D365 F&O technology, architecture, standards, and best practices.Strong knowledge of Finance/SCM business processes and integration points.Experience with fit-gap analysis, functional design, and solution documentation.Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Strong executive presence and confidence working with senior management.Willingness to travel extensively.Experience in the Industrial MRO industry.Strong combination of Finance/SCM business knowledge and IT strategy/architecture expertise.Does this sound like you or someone you know?
