Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionSupport the development, performance tracking, and execution of HungerStation’s Fintech initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across lending, cards, wallets, and strategic financial solutions.Key Accountability Areas And Key ActivitiesFintechSupport the identification, assessment, and onboarding of fintech partners across lending, cards, wallets, and other financial solutions and initiativesConduct market and competitor benchmarking to support new fintech initiatives and partnership decisionsPrepare business cases, partner evaluations, and internal recommendation decksSupport ongoing relationship management with fintech partners, including performance tracking, coordination, and issue follow-ups.Support fintech initiatives by contributing to:Customer value proposition definitionCompetitive analysisGo to market readinessTrack and report performance of assigned fintech products using defined metrics (e.g., adoption, utilization, portfolio size, growth rate)Identify performance gaps and support the execution of improvement initiatives in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams Support & Stakeholder CollaborationSupport by monitoring Fintech related developments, licenses and practices relevant to HungerStation’s activitiesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.Assist in maintaining documentation and compliance related reporting as requireStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal teams including Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Sales to support fintech initiatives.Work closely with internal teams including Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Sales to support fintech initiatives.Act as a main POC for partner fintech related initiatives to ensure alignment, follow-ups and timely execution.Support preparation of internal updates, presentations for relevant stakeholders.Daily OperationsManage day to day coordination activities related to fintech initiatives, including but not limited to partner relationship management, Follow ups, Marketing campaign, Commercials and internal action tracking, and execution supportMaintain product/initiative tracking for assigned fintech products and partnerships, With mindset focused on learnings, impact and growthTrack open issues, risks, and dependencies across fintech initiativesEnsure timely responses and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth execution of fintech initiativesQualifications3-5 years of relevant Fintech experience and Financial ServicesBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
