Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Engineer

About the roleMAZ Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Engineer to support FLS design and site supervision, coordinate with relevant authorities, and ensure project compliance with applicable codes and requirements.Key responsibilitiesReview FLS drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.Conduct site inspections and supervise FLS-related works.Coordinate with Civil Defense and follow up on requirements, approvals, and procedures.Prepare inspection reports and track site observations through to closure.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Fire & Life Safety (FLS), Safety Engineering.0-4 years of relevant FLS experience.Practical experience with Civil Defense requirements and procedures.Able to travel to project sites as required.Valid SCE Engineer classification.Knowledge of applicable Saudi codes and NFPA standards is preferred.
