Fire & Rescue Operations Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesAssess fire-station capability, crewing and response times.Develop tactical pre-incident plans.Develop mutual-aid arrangements.Prepare technical specifications for fire appliances/equipment.Support equipment procurement, testing and compliance.Develop training and competency frameworks.Assess firefighting agents and foam stocks.Conduct fire-incident investigations.Requirements15+ years industrial/municipal fire-and-rescue experience.Senior officer experience in refineries, gas plants, terminals or offshore facilities.Strong NFPA/JOIFF knowledge.GIFireE/MIFireE or equivalent.Fire-investigation qualification advantageous.Instructor/assessor qualifications preferred.
