AMAL’s operations span new and existing communities, supporting safe, efficient, and well-managed properties.Role Description The Fire Fighting Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for maintaining and supporting fire safety systems across managed properties. Daily tasks include inspecting, testing, and servicing fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and related life safety equipment to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. The role involves identifying and troubleshooting faults in fire alarm and protection systems, coordinating repairs, and documenting all maintenance activities. The technician will work closely with building management and other technical staff to support safe operations, respond to fire system alerts, and assist in periodic safety drills and training. The position requires adherence to company procedures, accurate record-keeping, and proactive communication to help maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.Key Requirements:Hands-on experience in fault identification, troubleshooting, and rectification of firefighting systems.Experience in PPM (Preventive Planned Maintenance) and routine servicing of firefighting systems.Experience with Fire Suppression Systems, including: Clean agent systems, Foam systems, Deluge systems, Pre-action systems.Ability to carry out testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and rectification works.Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and site teams.Ability to prepare detailed service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance reports.Minimum 2+years of UAE Experience is an advantage.UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
