Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related discipline.ExperienceMinimum 5-6 years of experience in fire alarm and firefighting systems.Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or infrastructure projects.Experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of Civil Defense requirements is highly preferred.Technical KnowledgeFire Alarm SystemsSprinkler, Hydrant, Standpipe, Deluge & Foam SystemsFM-200, Novec 1230, CO₂, Inergen and Clean Agent SystemsNFPA Codes and StandardsProject Planning Tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project)AutoCAD and Revit MEPCost Control and Contract AdministrationPreferred CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional)NFPA CFPS or equivalent Fire Protection CertificationSaudi Council of Engineers RegistrationOSHA / NEBOSH Safety Certification Project ManagementLead fire protection projects from award through commissioning and handover.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.Manage project risks, variations, claims, and mitigation plans.Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.Engineering & Technical OversightReview and approve fire system designs, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material selections.Ensure compliance with NFPA, SBC, IFC, HCIS, Civil Defense, and project specifications.Coordinate engineering activities with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Support technical problem resolution during project execution.Commercial & Contract ManagementManage project contracts, subcontractors, and supplier agreements.Review scope changes and negotiate variation orders.Monitor project profitability, cash flow, invoicing, and payment collections.Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and commercial risks are controlled.Site Execution & CoordinationLead coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.Monitor installation progress, quality, and safety performance.Conduct project review meetings and resolve execution challenges.Ensure timely material procurement and delivery to site.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Lead project progress meetings and manage client expectations.Coordinate Civil Defense inspections and approvals.Commissioning & HandoverOversee testing, commissioning, and integrated system acceptance.Ensure completion of punch list items and project close-out activities.Manage handover documentation, training, and warranty support
