The Fire Technician will carry out installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and other life safety equipment in accordance with relevant standards and regulations. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults, performing preventive maintenance, documenting work performed, and preparing service reports. The role also involves supporting fire risk assessments, assisting with system commissioning, and coordinating with clients and team members to ensure safe and compliant operation of all fire protection systems. The Fire Technician will follow company safety procedures and participate in ongoing training to stay current with fire safety technologies and best practices.Qualifications Candidates should possess practical skills in handling and maintaining Fire Extinguishers and general Fire Safety equipment.Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Life Safety systems and Fire Suppression Systems installation and servicing.Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in fire protection and safety systems.Relevant technical diploma or certification in fire protection, safety engineering, or a related field is preferred.Understanding of local fire codes, standards, and regulatory requirements within the United Arab Emirates.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work safely in field environments.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.Valid UAE driving license or ability to travel locally for site visits is an advantage.
