Petromax LPG Limited is looking for First Master (Captain)Key PointsDivision: OperationsReports To: Manager-Ship OperationWorking Days: 6 DaysJob Description / ResponsibilityOversee overall ship operations, navigation, cargo handling, berthing, and unberthing.Manage operation and maintenance of deck equipment, hydraulic crane, LPG compressor, and firefighting systems.Supervise ship manpower and provide training to deck crew.Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, certifications, permits, and statutory requirements.Coordinate loading/unloading activities and sailing operations with relevant personnel.Arrange repair, maintenance, and spare parts management, including vendor coordination.Maintain ship housekeeping, documentation, records, licenses, and maintenance reports.Monitor weather, water levels, and route conditions to ensure safe navigation.Supervise painting, maintenance activities, pilots, and crew performance.Enforce company policies, safety standards, PTW, SSoW, and SOP requirements.Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, drills, vessel safety checks, and HSE reporting.Educational RequirementsCertificate of Competency Class 4Experience Requirements8 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas,Fuel/PetroleumJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
