Our multidisciplinary team-comprising experienced First Responders, Emergency Ambulance Crews, Paramedics, and Doctors-draws directly on frontline NHS experience to bring uncompromised clinical excellence to every assignment.Role Description:You will be responsible for providing immediate first aid and pre-hospital emergency care to attendees, staff, contractors and performers at events. The role involves assessing and treating casualties, recognising medical emergencies, and ensuring patients receive appropriate care in accordance with the your level of training, competence, clinical guidelines and organisational procedures.Essential Requirements:A current and appropriate FREC 3 qualification or equivalent recognised by the employing organisation.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and AED competencies.Knowledge of primary and secondary patient assessment.Ability to recognise and respond to medical emergencies within the scope of training.Effective communication, interpersonal and patient care skills.
