FIT Coordinator - Maldives (Based in Sri Lanka)Role Purpose One of Talent Studio’s key clients, a destination management company in Sri Lanka specializing in tailor-made journeys across Sri Lanka and the Maldives, is seeking a dynamic professional to join its team. Backed by over 50 years of experience, the organization crafts bespoke itineraries, leveraging exclusive rates and offering complete end-to-end travel management to transform complex itineraries into effortless, memorable island experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate tailored FIT & Group Maldives packages across standard, boutique & luxury resorts.Handle resort bookings, seaplane, domestic flights, speedboats & VIP airport services.Arrange special experiences including honeymoons, anniversaries & private escapes.Liaise with resorts to secure availability, negotiate arrangements, and manage last-minute changes.Provide seamless guest support from arrival to departure.Prepare quotations & invoices and manage payments, deadlines & cancellations.Build strong resort and partner relationships while driving repeat business & customer satisfaction.Should be able to deal with luxury agents around the world.Candidate ProfileMinimum of 2 years’ experience in travel, tourism, reservations, or tour operations.Organized, customer-focused, and commercially minded.Passionate about the Maldives and luxury travel.Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.Good knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry.The confidence and credibility to build and maintain relationships with international luxury agents and partners.If you're interested, please share your resume with us at careers@talentstudio.io.
