Fit-Out Estimator - Riyadh

Tripod Global is looking for an experienced Fit-Out Estimator to join our growing team in Riyadh.If you have a strong background in interior fit-out and MEP estimation, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities✔️ Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for fit-out projects.✔️ Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine project scope and pricing.✔️ Conduct quantity take-offs and analyse material, labour, and subcontractor costs.✔️ Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.✔️ Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, and Project teams to develop competitive bids.✔️ Identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining quality and client requirements.✔️ Support contract negotiations and project handovers to the operations team.✔️ Maintain an up-to-date cost database and monitor market pricing trends.Requirements✔️ Proven experience as a Fit-Out Estimator in the interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry.✔️ Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, tendering, and cost estimation.✔️ Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.✔️ Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software. Experience with AutoCAD and ERP systems is an advantage.✔️ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
