This focus on quality, reliability, and innovation offers team members the opportunity to work on diverse, technically advanced projects.Role Description The Fit out Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai & Sharjah, UAE. This role oversees day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site teams and subcontractors, coordinating carpentry, joinery, and finishing works, and monitoring the use and condition of tools. The Foreman will review drawings, allocate tasks, track progress, and report site status to project managers. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, enforcing safety and maintenance procedures, and maintaining clear communication with the project team and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate day-to-day fit-out activities on-siteRead and interpret 2D AutoCAD drawings to guide execution, resolve & modify drawing. Manage subcontractors, tradesmen, and labor to ensure work progresses per scheduleMonitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specificationsCoordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients on site progress and issuesMaintain site safety standards and ensure adherence to HSE requirementsTrack material requirements and report progress and delays to managementMaintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports and snag listsQualificationsMinimum a Diploma holder or higherAt least 3 years of fit-out foreman experience in the UAEWorking knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) to read and interpret drawingsStrong site coordination and team leadership skillsGood communication and coordination skills to work effectively with others on-siteAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneouslyBased in or willing to relocate to Dubai & Sharjah, UAEInterested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or directly via email at info@trencoruae.com.
