Fit out foreman

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fit Out Foreman to lead and oversee on-site fit out activities within the UAE. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards to deliver exceptional interior fit out projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fit out activities on construction sites. - Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Lead and manage the fit out workforce, including subcontractors and laborers. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. - Interpret project drawings, specifications, and instructions to guide the team effectively. - Report progress, challenges, and resource needs to project managers. - Collaborate with other site supervisors and engineers to resolve issues quickly. - Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets company and client standards. - Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in fit out or construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. - Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately. - Leadership and team management skills. - Communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
