Fit out Foreman / Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Fit-Out Foreman to join our team and supervise renovation and fit-out projects across multiple sites in the UAE.Our projects involve civil works, MEP works, interior decoration, finishing works, and general renovation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily site activities for fit-out and renovation projects.Manage and monitor workers, technicians, and subcontractors on site.Coordinate civil, MEP, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, and decoration works.Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and other site teams.Monitor daily work progress and report site issues and delays to management.Ensure materials are available at site and properly utilized.Check workmanship and ensure proper installation and finishing quality.Coordinate different trades to avoid conflicts and delays.Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the project site.Identify site problems and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve them.Assist in material quantity verification and site measurements when required.Follow up on project schedules and ensure work is completed within the required timeframe.Travel between different project sites across the UAE as required.RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Foreman or similar position in the UAE.Strong experience in renovation, fit-out, civil, MEP, and finishing works.Good knowledge of construction methods and site activities.Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical drawings.Good knowledge of finishing materials and installation methods.Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple trades.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Willing to travel to different project sites across the UAE.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Practical, responsible, and problem-solving attitude.What We Offersalary 3500 - 4000 AED.Company-provided accommodation.Company transportation.Opportunity to work on a variety of renovation and fit-out projects across the UAE.Stable and long-term employment opportunity.Candidates with strong hands-on experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, residential, or large-scale renovation projects will be highly preferred.Pay: AED1,919.59 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
