Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Site Foreman located in Jeddah. The Site Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising construction activities and laborers. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crew, and resolving problems when they arise. Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders is vital in this role to ensure project deadlines are met.QualificationsSupervisory Skills and Communication skillsExperience with construction equipment and its safe operationCarpentry and Maintenance skillsExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesAbility to read drawings, plans, and blueprintsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsRelevant certifications in construction or related fields are a plusPrevious experience as a Foreman is a must
