Fit out Project Engineer (Luxury Villa Projects)

Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end luxury villa projects.Manage all aspects of fit out processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction and fit out process.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.Completed 3 years as a site engineer, and 5 years of experience as project engineer with a focus on high-end luxury villas and fit out.Proven track record of managing and delivering luxury villa projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Candidates with experience working on projects in main compounds in Dubai, such as: Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village, and Dubai Hills.Preferred Experience:Candidates with experience working on projects in main compounds in Dubai, such as: Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village, and Dubai Hills.
