Fit Out Project Manager

MJU Engineering Consultancy is a company engaged in creative disciplines such as interior design and architecture. The Fit Out Project Manager will be working on full-time base. He will travel to Iraq for fit out project management and will coordinate with the design team in Dubai. He will be responsible for managing interior fit-out work from concept to completion.He will coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, monitors site progress, and conducts regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. The role also involves managing client communication, addressing feedback, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Please send your best work samples. . Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management for interior fit-out projects. . Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review site works, verify quality, and ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standard. . Bachelor’s degree in engineering, archtecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in fit-out or interior construction projects, ideally within Dubai or the Gulf regio. . Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management and office software.
