Our approach isn't to remove those things. It's to teach clients how to build a healthier lifestyle around them.Our coaching combines evidence-based nutrition, resistance training, behavior change, accountability, and genuine human connection.Our goal isn't simply to help someone lose weight. It's to give her the skills and confidence to maintain a healthier lifestyle long term.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and understands that great coaching goes far beyond sending a meal plan or workout. You should be able to listen to a client's situation, identify what's actually getting in the way, and help her find a realistic solution. You should also be comfortable balancing empathy with accountability. Our clients need coaches who can support them through difficult seasons while still helping them take ownership of the habits and actions within their control.Because our coaching is fully virtual, strong organization and comfort with technology are essential. You'll use our coaching software throughout the day to communicate with clients, review check-ins, update plans, document progress, manage follow-ups, and oversee your client roster.The ideal coach is:Passionate about helping women improve their healthHighly empathetic and culturally awareOrganized and detail-orientedDependable and proactiveA confident written and verbal communicatorComfortable providing both encouragement and accountabilityComfortable coaching through text, video, and virtual meetingsComfortable navigating technology and learning new softwareCapable of managing a large client roster efficientlyAble to manage multiple conversations, tasks, follow-ups, and deadlinesAble to follow established systems, SOPs, and coaching standardsReceptive to feedback and committed to improving as a coachOur Coaching SpecializationOur coaches primarily work with women seeking sustainable fat loss, improved nutrition, increased strength, and healthier long-term habits.Many of our clients are Hispanic or Latina women balancing their own health goals with careers, children, partners, extended family, cultural expectations, and busy households.Clients may come to us while navigating:PCOSPregnancy and postpartum seasonsPerimenopause and menopausePrevious bariatric surgeryPrevious use of GLP-1 medicationsFamily histories of diabetes and other metabolic conditionsWeight loss followed by weight regainYears of restrictive or yo-yo dietingEmotional or stress eatingFrequent snacking and cravingsLow confidence around foodAll-or-nothing thinkingGym intimidationLimited resistance-training experienceBusy work and family schedulesNight-shift or irregular work schedulesFrequent travelEating out and social eventsFamily members with different nutrition needsLimited time for meal preparationTraditional Hispanic and Mexican mealsFamily gatherings, celebrations, holidays, and food-centered traditionsA strong PitaLifts coach can determine why consistency is difficult for that particular client and help her create a realistic path forward.Cultural NutritionAn important part of PitaLifts coaching is helping clients understand that improving their nutrition doesn't mean abandoning their culture.Our clients may regularly eat foods such as tortillas, rice, beans, tacos, enchiladas, pozole, tamales, carne asada, pan dulce, aguas frescas, and other traditional or family meals.Our coaches should be comfortable helping clients incorporate familiar foods into balanced nutrition rather than automatically replacing them with stereotypical “diet foods.”We want our clients to be able to eat with their families, participate in celebrations, enjoy their culture, and still understand portions, protein, calories, meal composition, and overall nutrition.Spanish fluency is a bonus, but cultural awareness, curiosity, and respect are essential.What You'll DoAs a Client Success Coach, you'll be responsible for managing a roster of approximately 100 clients while maintaining a high standard of individualized coaching and organization.Your responsibilities include:Reviewing client check-ins and progressConducting personalized client video meetings when scheduledReviewing nutrition, workouts, habits, measurements, and overall progressProviding individualized feedback and clear next stepsHelping clients navigate plateaus and setbacksCoaching clients through real-life nutrition challengesHelping clients create sustainable routines around work and familyProviding accountability and encouraging consistencyRe-engaging clients who begin falling out of their routineCelebrating milestones and non-scale victoriesTracking and documenting client progressUpdating workouts, nutrition plans, goals, notes, and client informationManaging follow-ups, tasks, and deadlinesKeeping client profiles accurate and organizedCommunicating through written messages and videoCollaborating with the PitaLifts coaching teamFollowing PitaLifts coaching standards and processesContinuously developing your coaching knowledge and communication skillsTechnology & OrganizationOur coaches use online coaching software as part of their everyday workflow.
