Fitness Equipment Service Technician

We take pride in being a trusted partner for fitness enthusiasts and professionals alike, delivering value and reliability in every purchase.Role Description Responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gym equipment at homes, public/commercial gyms, hotels, offices, and other fitness facilities.Install and assemble new gym equipment.Handle preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and paid service jobs.Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and replace required parts.Conduct safety checks and ensure proper equipment operation.Maintain service reports, job status, and customer records.Follow up regularly on unfinished jobs, pending parts, quotations, approvals, and return visits until the job is fully completed.Coordinate with customers and the office team for pending service requirements.Provide professional and polite customer service.Explain equipment operation and maintenance clearly to customers.Good communication and language skills in English or other languages are an advantage.Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.QualificationsDiploma or ITI certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.1–3 years of experience in gym equipment servicing, maintenance, installation, or a similar technical role.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.Hands-on experience with installation, assembly, preventive maintenance, and repair of fitness/gym equipment is preferred.Ability to read basic technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment instructions.Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.Basic computer skills for maintaining service reports and job records.Ability to work independently, manage multiple service calls, and meet deadlines.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Willingness to travel to customer locations, commercial gyms, hotels, offices, and other fitness facilities across the UAE.
