With a clear mission to “Build Stronger People,” the brand emphasizes purposeful training and a Spartan mindset on and off the mat.Role Description The Fitness Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for overseeing daily fitness operations and ensuring a high-quality training experience for all members. This role includes managing group exercise and martial arts classes, supervising personal training services, and supporting coaches and instructors to deliver safe, effective, and engaging sessions. The Fitness Manager will coordinate class schedules, monitor facility standards, and maintain equipment readiness while promoting a positive, disciplined, and community-focused environment. Additional responsibilities include member engagement, assessing fitness needs, supporting program development, and collaborating with management on performance, retention, and growth initiatives. The role requires hands-on leadership on the training floor, clear communication with staff and members, and alignment with Spartans’ mission of building stronger people.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Group Exercise and Group Training, with the ability to lead and oversee diverse classes for different ages and fitness levels.Solid background in the Fitness Industry, including an understanding of gym operations, member experience, and safety standards.Proficiency in Personal Training, with skills in designing individualized programs, coaching technique, and supporting client progress.Knowledge of Exercise Physiology, including basic principles of anatomy, biomechanics, and training adaptation to guide safe and effective workouts.Relevant certifications in fitness, personal training, strength and conditioning, or related fields; a degree in sports science, physical education, or a similar discipline is an advantage.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor coaches, coordinate schedules, and maintain a positive training environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse member populations and support inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.Experience in martial arts or combat sports, or a strong interest in integrating martial arts with fitness training, is highly beneficial.Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in
