Fitness Manager – Ladies Only Wellness Club

Job Location - Abu Dhabi We’re looking for a Branch Manager who can do more than manage the day-to-day — we’re looking for someone who can lead, grow and take ownership of the club’s success.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the fitness and wellness industry, enjoys working with people, and is equally comfortable managing operations, motivating a team and driving commercial results.What we’re looking for:Previous experience in fitness, wellness, boutique studios or health clubsStrong team leadership and people-management experienceA commercial mindset with experience driving memberships, sales, revenue and retentionStrong operational skills and the ability to keep the club running smoothly every dayA proactive, energetic personality with a genuine passion for member experience and community buildingConfidence working with targets and turning them into practical actionsFlexibility to be hands-on and support the club during peak operational periodsAn added advantage:Fitness or coaching qualifications, particularly experience in strength training, functional fitness or indoor cycling/ride classes.For us, a successful Branch Manager knows her team, her members and her numbers — and is always looking for the next opportunity to make the club stronger.If you’re ambitious, commercially driven and ready to take ownership of a growing ladies-only wellness club, we’d love to hear from you.
