We’re looking for someone to lead our fitness showroom and be the face of our brand, both in-store and on social media.About the roleWe need a hands-on manager who can turn product knowledge into sales and engaging content.What you’ll doRun the showroom day to day: displays, stock, and the customer experienceDemo equipment to walk-in customers and match them to the right product for their goalsCreate short-form video content explaining features, benefits, and correct useHost occasional live demos, workouts, or in-store eventsHit sales targets and share customer feedback to help shape our rangeBuild relationships with gyms, coaches, and corporate clientsWhat we’re looking forCertified personal trainer or strength & conditioning coach (ACE, NASM, ISSA, REPs or similar)Solid understanding of cardio, strength, and recovery equipmentComfortable on camera and confident speaking to an audienceRetail or sales experience is a strong plusFluent English; Arabic is an advantageBased in Kuwait with a transferable residency; Kuwaiti driving license preferredWhat we offerCompetitive salary + sales commission Staff discounts on fitness gearThe chance to grow with a fast-expanding fitness brand
