Your RoleAs our Fitness Trainer, you will:Deliver safe, engaging personal-training and group-fitness sessions tailored to guests’ goals and abilities. Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, motivate guests, and promote the safe use of fitness equipment. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented fitness centre, reporting any safety or maintenance concerns promptly. Create genuine connections with guests and colleagues through warmth, empathy, professionalism, and respectQualificationsRecognised fitness or personal-training certificationPrevious experience as a Fitness Trainer or Gym Instructor, preferably in hospitality or a premium fitness facility. Strong knowledge of exercise programming, equipment safety, and adapting workouts to different fitness levels. Excellent communication skills, a caring and professional attitude, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
