This is your opportunity to bring design to life through precision, coordination, and technical excellence.About Your TeamYou will report to the Technical Manager and play a pivotal role within the Technical Department, preparing highly accurate shop drawings and production files for bespoke joinery items. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and factory teams to ensure seamless production, compliance with design intent, and excellence in execution.Your RoleAs a Draughtsman, you will manage the technical drawing process for custom furniture and joinery projects from concept to factory release. Your responsibilities will include:Creating precise 2D/3D CAD+T drawings for bespoke joinery itemsGenerating machine-ready files, cutting lists, and BOMsCoordinating with production to resolve technical challengesManaging drawing versions and ensuring alignment with project requirementsOptimizing materials and supporting quality control during productionWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in joinery drafting and production detailingKnowledge: CAD+T, CNC file preparation, cutting list optimization, architectural interpretationExpertise: AutoCAD, MS Office, and a strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and standardsTop SkillsTechnical qualification in drafting, joinery, or related fieldStrong CAD+T proficiency and factory drawing knowledgeExcellent attention to detail and dimensional accuracyAbility to coordinate with design, engineering, and production teamsCommitment to documentation control and quality standardsWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of KSA’s most iconic projectsA collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellenceOpportunities for professional growth and career progressionReady to elevate your career?
