Role Description This is a full-time role located in Brisbane, at their Richlands Office. As a Fitout Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of fitout projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and addressing any issues that arise during the project timeline. You will also oversee quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Project skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers effectivelyProblem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address and resolve project challengesProficiency in project management tools and softwareKnowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulationsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentRelevant experience in fitout, or project coordination is highly desirableA degree or certification in construction management, project management, or a related field is advantageous
