Fixed Assets Accountant

🚀 We're Hiring | Fixed Assets AccountantAt Americana Restaurants, we operate over 766 restaurants across the Kingdom under leading global brands: KFC, Hardee's, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays, and Peet's Coffee.We are looking for ambitious Saudi national talent to join our Finance team.📍 Location: Riyadh - Head Office🏢 Department: Finance💼 Employment Type: Full-time🚗 Nature of Work: Office-based with regular field visits to our locations across the Kingdom📌 Physical Verification & Field Visits- Conduct regular field visits to restaurants, warehouses, commissaries, accommodations, and departments across all regions of the Kingdom.- Perform physical asset counts and verify existence and operational condition on site.- Reconcile physically verified assets against accounting records and asset tag serial numbers.- Document the outcome of each visit in an approved count report submitted to Finance.📌 Asset Lifecycle Management- Manage asset handovers between store managers during transitions and transfers.- Process new asset additions and classify them under approved accounting policy.- Track inter-branch asset transfers and keep records aligned with actual locations.- Handle damaged and retired assets and complete disposal procedures.📌 Reconciliation & Reporting- Investigate asset variances, identify root causes, and resolve them.- Prepare periodic variance reports and escalate associated risks.- Maintain accurate records supporting internal and external audit and the annual count.- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, VAT regulations, and company controls.📌 Internal Stakeholder Coordination- Maintain ongoing coordination with all relevant departments: Operations, Projects, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement, IT, and Finance.- Track additions and retirements arising from new projects and refurbishments in the asset register.🎓 Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.- 1-3 years of relevant experience.- Strong knowledge of fixed asset processes and asset classifications.- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.- Understanding of internal controls and audit requirements.- Willingness to travel across regions of the Kingdom to conduct field visits.- Valid driving license.- Professional certification is a plus.⭐ SkillsAnalytical and problem-solving
