Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About the Role: The Fleet Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading the fleet acquisition process by managing recruitment activities, contractor relationships, and the acquisition team to ensure the required number of active couriers is achieved across all assigned regions. The role focuses on meeting hiring targets, improving activation and retention rates, and ensuring smooth coordination with cross-functional teams.Job Code:New 2026OPER-677Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Fleet Acquisition team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors and recruitment partnersMonitor the end-to-end acquisition process, from candidate sourcing to activationTrack and analyze recruitment KPIs and prepare regular performance reportsEnsure sufficient courier supply across all assigned regions based on operational demandCoordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve acquisition-related issuesIdentify recruitment bottlenecks and implement improvement plansMonitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with company standardsDevelop action plans to improve activation, retention, and overall recruitment efficiencyCoach, support, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivityJob QualificationsBachelor's degree2–4 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Recruitment, Logistics, or Vendor ManagementPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience is preferredExperience in last-mile delivery or logistics companies is an advantageStrong leadership and people management skillsSound knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road safety, and logistics operationsProficient in fleet management software and MS Office toolsStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to operational emergenciesWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
