Apply & track with Apply EdgeCore ObjectiveTo provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Fleet by managing vehicle and driver documentation, government renewals, fleet master data, vehicle handovers, accident and insurance coordination, GPS follow-up, and compliance activities, ensuring the company fleet remains legally compliant, properly documented, and operationally supported.Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Operations & Administrative SupportManage vehicle registration renewals, MVPI, Operation Cards, Driver Cards and other government requirements.Maintain accurate fleet master data, vehicle files, driver records and document trackers.Coordinate vehicle handover, allocation, return and related documentation.Coordinate accident documentation, insurance claims and follow-up with insurance providers.Follow up GPS installation, activation, device issues and subscription requirements.Coordinate driver documentation and support daily fleet requests.Follow up government portals and regulatory compliance requirements.Support workshop, supplier and maintenance coordination when required.Escalate expired, missing or pending documents and compliance issues to the Fleet Manager.Skills / ExperiencesFleet administration and transportation coordination knowledge.Strong administrative, organizational and follow-up skills.Good Microsoft Office / Excel and fleet data management skills.Good communication and coordination with drivers, workshops, suppliers and government authorities.Problem-solving and strong attention to detail.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet administration, transportation coordination or a similar role.Practical experience with vehicle registration, MVPI, Operation Cards, driver documentation, insurance/accident coordination, GPS follow-up and fleet master data.Arabic language is a must.EducationBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
