Apply & track with Apply EdgeAMNCO is looking for an experienced Fleet & Maintenance Manager to oversee fleet movement and maintenance operations, ensuring vehicle readiness, operational efficiency, safety, and business continuity across the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet movement operations and ensure vehicle availability to support business requirements.
- Manage and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for vehicles and operational equipment.
- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to maintain fleet readiness and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Oversee vehicle breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance requirements, ensuring timely resolution.
- Supervise maintenance workshops and external service providers and ensure the quality and efficiency of maintenance activities.
- Monitor spare parts, maintenance materials, and related costs to support efficient fleet management.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained and operated in accordance with safety requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure vehicle availability according to operational schedules and requirements.
- Oversee the movement and readiness of vehicles used in cash transportation and other operational activities.
- Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, maintenance performance, and other relevant KPIs, and prepare regular operational reports for management.
- Analyze recurring vehicle and maintenance issues and implement corrective measures to improve fleet reliability and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the Movement & Maintenance team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in fleet, movement, transportation, and maintenance operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Experience in Cash Transportation (CIT), security transportation, or a similar operational environment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing operational vehicle fleets and preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred.
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating with maintenance workshops and external service providers.
- Good knowledge of fleet and maintenance KPIs, operational reporting, data tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
