Resource Planning Lead – Equipment & FleetDammam, Saudi ArabiaSaudi Nationals OnlyUp to SAR 24,000 total monthly package (base salary + fixed allowances) + standard company benefitsTake ownership of equipment, fleet and manpower utilisation across a large operational environment.We are looking for an experienced Resource Planning Lead to take central ownership of resource visibility, allocation and utilisation across multiple projects and locations.This is not a traditional Project Planner/Scheduler position.The role is focused on managing the organisation's overall equipment, fleet and associated manpower resource pool – understanding what is available, where resources are deployed, how effectively they are being utilised and when they will become available for future project requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain central visibility of equipment, fleet and associated manpower across projects and locations.Track the status of resources including working, available, allocated, idle, under breakdown/maintenance, inspection or mobilisation.Match available equipment and manpower against current and upcoming project requirements.Monitor resource utilisation, availability, idle time and downtime.Identify under-utilised resources and recommend redeployment between projects.Track equipment breakdowns and understand how long assets have remained unavailable.Forecast future resource availability and upcoming demand.Coordinate closely with Fleet, Operations, Maintenance and Project teams.Develop dashboards and KPIs covering utilisation, availability, downtime, idle resources, allocation and future demand.Analyse utilisation trends and recommend actions to improve overall resource efficiency.Help establish and develop a structured resource-planning process across the organisation.Adnan specifically described the requirement as maintaining visibility of the overall equipment/manpower portfolio and tracking whether resources are working, idle, under breakdown, inspection, transition or mobilisation and for how long. What We're Looking ForSaudi National – mandatory.Strong experience within equipment/fleet resource planning, asset utilisation, equipment management or a closely related operational function.Experience managing or monitoring a sizeable pool of heavy equipment, fleet, machinery or operational assets.Strong understanding of resource allocation, availability and utilisation.Experience tracking idle equipment, downtime, breakdowns and maintenance status.Experience allocating/redeploying equipment and manpower across multiple projects.Ability to forecast future resource demand and availability.Strong analytical skills with experience using resource data, dashboards and KPIs.Comfortable coordinating across multiple projects, locations and operational teams.Experience within heavy equipment rental, construction, infrastructure, transportation, logistics, industrial services or another asset-intensive environment would be highly advantageous.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to take ownership of the overall resource picture, rather than managing an individual project schedule.You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment and manpower are deployed effectively, reducing idle time and downtime, improving availability and maximising overall resource utilisation.If you have experience managing the utilisation and allocation of a large equipment/fleet resource pool and want the opportunity to help build and strengthen this function, we'd be interested in speaking with you.Dammam | 🇸🇦 Saudi Nationals OnlyUp to SAR 24,000 total monthly package (base + fixed allowances) + standard company benefits
