We’ve spent more than a decade transporting hazardous goods around the region .With headquarter in Dubai, our operation hubs are also based in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.Mazrui International is a diversified holding group with wide variety of businesses in Oil & Gas/Oilfield Services, Financial Investments, Real Estate, Construction, Retail, Trading, Distribution, Logistics, Transportation, Hospitality, Education etc.Websites :-https://www.transafe.ae/ (Transafe Logistics)https://www.mazruiinternational.ae/ (Main Holding Group)The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient scheduling of deliveries, proper routing of trucks, attending telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products and also monitoring and reporting of the fleet management system.Ideal candidate must have a valid Qatar driving license and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Logistics role in the Heavy vehicle Transportation industry.Job ResponsibilitiesDeveloping efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.Upon the Completion of the maintenance work, sent the invoice for booking and inform operations team to Close the JobFollow up with suppliers for the invoices for the work done.Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.Sending daily, weekly & monthly reports ensure the accuracy of monthly closing reports.Involving in driving hiring process to select best drivers.Guiding drivers for offloading to different destinations and assist for the documents neededRegistration process for trucks/trailers and follow up it with government authorities.QHSE Management & SupportCarry out system administration tasks as required for Oracle and the FMS to manage fleet.Specialised SkillsKnowledge of transportation of dangerous gasses across landA team player with the ability to motivate and influence othersAnalytical with the ability to identify opportunities for improvementA strong communicator both written and verbalIf this sounds like you, please apply to this job with your updated CV.
