Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for Fleet Maintenance Coordinators to join our Operations – Transportation team in:📍 Jeddah📍 JubailKey Accountabilities:Monitor and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for fleet vehiclesArrange workshop appointments and follow up with internal teams and external service providersMinimize vehicle downtime by prioritizing repairs and monitoring vehicle readinessMaintain accurate maintenance logs, service histories, inspection records, and job ordersTrack warranties, service agreements, MVPI requirements, and maintenance compliance documentationCoordinate with procurement and vendors for spare parts, quotations, and maintenance requirementsReceive maintenance requests from drivers and ensure proper follow-up and closureUpdate fleet maintenance systems and trackers with job order and vehicle statusMonitor maintenance KPIs including fleet availability, downtime, PM compliance, repair turnaround time, and maintenance costsEnsure maintenance activities comply with company HSE standards and applicable Saudi regulationsQualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field2–4 years of experience in fleet maintenance coordination, workshop operations, or commercial vehicle maintenanceGood knowledge of heavy/commercial vehicles, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and workshop processesProficiency in MS Excel and CMMS, fleet maintenance, or ERP systemsStrong reporting, documentation, and coordination skillsGood English communication skills; Arabic is an advantageValid driver’s license is a plus
