About the RoleKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily fleet operations, utilization, dispatch planning, and vehicle availability.Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, downtime, and fleet performance.Ensure proactive maintenance, repairs, and effective fleet lifecycle management.Ensure compliance with UAE & GCC transport regulations, safety standards, licensing, and documentation.Oversee the Control Tower team function, ensuring real-time fleet monitoring, trip visibility, exception management, and timely escalation of operational issues.Coordinate with transport operations, drivers, maintenance teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.Analyse fleet and operational data to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.Qualifications5–8 years of experience in fleet management.Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC transport regulations.Experience in fleet operations, maintenance, and cost management.Experience overseeing Control Tower / GPS / telematics operations is an advantage.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Objective & Key Results Fleet utilizationVehicle downtimeCost per kmFuel efficiencyVehicle availabilitySafety & complianceOn time performanceControl Tower performance
