Fleet Manager – Rotherham – Competitive SalaryElevation Recruitment Group is proud to work exclusively with a multi-award-winning global business looking to recruit a Fleet Manager to join their team.This newly created key role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established international business with a strong market reputation, which continues to achieve consistent year-on-year growth.What's On Offer:Hybrid working (2 days from home) after probation25 days holiday plus statutory days5% matched pensionOnsite parkingInternal training & developmentKey Responsibilities:Own day-to-day management of the company's UK and European car fleet, covering governance, cost control and service deliveryManage Fleet suppliers and service providers, driving performance, consolidation and cost savingsDevelop and maintain Fleet Policy and consistent processes across all countries in scopeOversee mileage governance, fuel card arrangements and vehicle servicing, maintenance and breakdown coverManage insurance, claims, accident/damage reporting, and vehicle handover and lease-return processesCoordinate vehicle quotations, lease renewals and fines administration, while supporting the development of EV/hybrid solutionsPrevious Experience:Proven experience managing a company car fleet, ideally across multiple countries or sitesStrong understanding of fleet suppliers, leasing and commercial arrangementsConfident analysing supplier proposals and making clear, cost-driven recommendationsComfortable building controls, reporting routines and audit trails from scratchStrong stakeholder and supplier management skillsWillingness to travel across the UK and Europe as requiredAbout Elevation Recruitment GroupElevation Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across Procurement & Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Business Change.
