The Fleet Manager will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, routing, and compliance with relevant transportation regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring fleet performance, optimizing utilization, reducing downtime, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role also involves coordinating with drivers, operations teams, and vendors, managing maintenance schedules, and keeping accurate records of fleet activities and costs. The Fleet Manager will be expected to use data and analytical insights to improve efficiency, safety, and service quality.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Fleet Operations and Fleet Management skills.Candidates should possess Operations Management and Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making.Candidates should possess knowledge of DOT Regulations and other applicable transport compliance standards.Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or transportation management is beneficial.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with fleet management software and basic MS Office tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Thrissur and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
